Optical R&D Center/光通信类产品深圳研发中心
Sr.R&D Engineer/高级研发工程师
 Ph.D. or M.Sc. in optics, mechanical, electronics engineering or related field.
 5+ year’s industrial working experience in engineering or R&D function.
 Good knowledge of fiber optic passive components or experience of digital electronic circuit design and debugging is desired.
 Experience of developing products to meet Telcordia reliability testing standards.
 Experience of using design tools of Zemax, Solidworks, MathCAD and others.
 Experience of product development from concept, feasibility study, prototyping, sample build to qualification test, to new product introduction.
 Good understanding of DOE.
Sr. Electronic Engineer/高级电子工程师
 B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering.
 At least 3 years related working experience.
 Hands-on experience of circuit design and PCB layout using Protel and telecommunication desired.
 Good knowledge of C/C++, VC programming, VMS operating system, and EMS database preferred.
 Familiar with PLC configuration and embedded programming, and automation equipment a plus.
Product Line Manager
 Setup assigned product line revenue, margin and market share target under BU overall target guidance; responsible for product P&L and lifecycle
 Provide product monthly market forecast, product sourcing plan and roadmap
 Provide competitor analysis and strategy
 Handle product pricing requirements on daily basis
 Work closely with R&D department on new product development
Communication Test R&D Asian Center/通信设备亚洲研发中心
Project Manager/项目经理
 Master’s degree in telecommunications or Electronic Engineering or related field.
 At least 5 years of experience in R&D project management for telecom and cable TV network equipment; Knowledge and experience with analog/digital test and measuring equipment is a strong plus.
 Hands on experience in microprocessor based real time operating system design and implementation, system architecture, system design, board level design and test, system integration, board level and system level testing and debugging.
Sr. or Lead Software Engineer/高级软件工程师或软件总工程师
 B.Sc. degree is a must in Computer Science or EE or related field and Master’s degree is a plus.
 At least 5 years in real time imbedded system design and be able to lead a team of software engineers.
 Be able to complete all necessary detailed tasks including functional and design specifications, system’s software architecture and driver level design, task breakdown, feasibility and processing power study, software testing and integration.
Sr. or Lead Hardware Engineer/高级硬件工程师或硬件总工程师
 B.Sc. degree is a must in Electronics and/or Precision Instrumentation or related field and Master’s degree is a plus.
 At least 5 years related experiences and strong technical and market knowledge both in telecommunications and networking industry and equipment.
 Hands on experience in microprocessor based real time operating system design and implementation, system architecture, system design, board level design and test, hardware/software integration, board level and system level testing and debugging.
PCB Layout Designers /线路设计工程师
 B.Sc degree in Computer Aided Design or related field.
 At least 5 years of PCB layout design experience.
 Ability to interact with hardware engineers, coordinate with board FAB houses and contract manufacturers.
 Hands-on experience in commercial product design and development.
Subsystem Products Group/子系统产品研发中心
R&D Test Engineer/研发测试工程师
 B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with at least 3years experience.
 Knowledge of fiber optic module or component test development, software task automation, and programming.
 Previous industry experience with setup and maintenance of automated of fiber optic module testing required.
 Understanding of test equipment requirements and limitations for measuring optical parameters such as IL, BW PDL, PMD, GD, RL.
 Experience programming in VB6.0, Matlab, C++ and Telecomm Module Interfaces RS232, DPRAM, I2C.
 Fluent in English is required.
 Must be available for travel to North America.
Optical R&D Engineer/光学研发工程师
 B.Sc. or above in Optics or related field with at least 5 years relevant work experience in optical communications module development or manufacture.
 Previous experience with design, specification, measurement and tolerance analysis of bulk optical elements including, transmissive, reflective, and diffractive optics.
 Must have expertise in solving problems in complex free space optical systems.
 Previous experience with Liquid Crystal (LC’s) elements would be an asset.
 Zemax experience a plus.
 Fluent in English is a must.
 Must be available for travel to North America.
Hardware Development Engineer/硬件开发工程师
 Minimum B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 Years experiences of digital and analog HW design, integration, test and documentation.
 Experience developing HW for optical communications modules or instrumentation would be a definite asset.
 Experience with designs using a variety of  rocessors and FPGA’s.
 General knowledge across several disciplines including embedded SW/DSP, Digital, and Mechanical layout, and optical component testing.
 Able to work with CAD tools such as Cadence tool set (electrical) and Solid Edge or similar, (Mechanical).
 Experience with in-circuit test procedures, e.g. Boundary-scan.
 Demonstrated ability to develop functional test procedures into a lower level test set instructions.
 Good lab skills and knowledge of debug procedures.
 Familiar with I2C bus and similar interfaces.
 Must be available for travel to North America.
Manufacturing& Engineering/生产营运系统
Production Director/生产总监
 B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D. Electrical /optical Engineering.
 At least 10 years working experience, minimum of 4 years experience in designing, commissioning and verifying optical test stations.
 Knowledgeable of Optical fiber transmission characteristics. Experience with high rate serial electro-optic test equipment, BER testing, jitter, and etc.
 Good understanding of analog and high-speed digital electronics and firmware in telecom applications; excellent data analysis capability and familiarity with statistical process control (Gauge R&R, Pareto Charts etc.)
 Demonstrated technical leadership. Ability to work effectively as an individual and team player with both.
 B.Sc. degree or above in optics , physics , electronics
 3+ marketing experience in telecommunication industry and 1+ year management experience in the same area.
Optical Engineer/光学产品工程师
 B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D. in Optics, Optoelectronics, Laser, Electronics, Physics or other related fields.
 At least 2 years working experience in manufacturing or R&D in fiber optic components, modules, or subsystems for communication application.
 Good understanding of physical optics and hands-on laboratory and production experience.
 Experience of using one or more of the following tolls is desired for R&D engineers: optical simulation software (ASAP, ZEMAX); Math simulation software (MatLab, MathCAD, MiniTab, Mathematica); mechanical modeling and design software (Solid works, ProE, Cosmos, Ansys).
Sr. Automation Engineer/高级自动化工程师
 B.Sc. degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or instruments engineering and other relevant engineering.
 At least 3 years of experience in testing system developments.
 Experienced with SQL, C or C++, as well as multi-parameter test system design experience desired.
 Knowledgeable in client/server or MES database.
 Fast learner, Experience in optic fiber communication or semiconductor field is preferred.
Supervisor for New Product/新产品主管
 University bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or other relevant engineering
 Provide the support and direction to leaders and achieve our relevant goals together.
 Follow production schedule, make sure the capacity and manpower can match the customer's requirements by adjusting product line’s resources.
 Co-operate with production engineer to improve production yield, efficiency and cut reduce cost.
 3 or more years in the manufacturing environment product line management
 Fast learner, Experience in photoelectric or semiconductor packaging field is preferred.
Mechanical Development Engineer(Equipment)/机械开发工程师（设备部）
 University bachelors degree or higher in mechanical engineering
 Three or more years of experience in mechanical design
 Familiar with Solidwork, AutoCAD
 Hands-on experience of mechanical system development and implementation Self motivated, thorough, and creative to understand new tools & technology
Calibration Engineer(Equipment)/校验工程师（设备部）
 4 years industry experience in manufacturing environment, experience with instruments design or repair or calibration required.
 Good understanding of analog and digital electronics and firmware in telecom applications
 Solid PCB debug and trouble-shooting skills.
 Know well IMT instruments calibration requirements.
 2 years experience in professional calibration and testing company is preferred.
 BS degree or above in EE or photonics.
Electrical Development Engineer(Equipment)/电子开发工程师（设备部）
 University bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or other relevant engineering

 B.Sc. or higher on Optics, Physics, Materials Science, or related.
 At least 2 years thin film coating experience.

Test Engineer/测试工程师
 B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
 Experience of design or production of high-speed/CATV modules and components for fiberoptic communication applications.
 Good knowledge of transmission line, RF/microwave link and component.
 Good knowledge of RF/analog PCB (Printed Circuit Board) layout.
 Experience of planning and conducting tests of subsystems and components against customer Specs (specifications).
 Capable to convert customer specs into testing pass/failure criteria.
Process Engineer/工艺工程师
 B.Sc. degree or above in photoelectric packaging engineering and other relevant engineering
 At least 3 years work experiences on process related experience, experience in photoelectric or semiconductor packaging field is preferred
 Proficiency in photoelectric or semiconductor packaging process and technologies.
 Knowledge on ISO9000/TL9000/ISO14000
Equipment Engineer/设备工程师
 B.Sc. degree or above in photoelectric packaging engineering and other relevant engineering
 At least 3 years work experiences on equipment related experience; experience in photoelectric or semiconductor packaging field is preferred.
 Proficiency in photoelectric or semiconductor packaging equipment installation/maintenance/ qualification.

 B.Sc. degree or above in Engineering or related fields.
 Telecom industry experience preferred.
 Coaching, giving feedback, implementation of systems, and manufacturing management skills are needed to succeed in this position.

 Bachelor’s degree, major in Engineering, optics preferred.
 2-5 years of experiences with field quality control and testing.

 5+ years quality and/or operations experience.
 Fiber optics and/or semiconductor industry preferred.
 BSEE, optoelectronics, mechanical/manufacturing engineering, or related field.
 TQM background preferred; prior customer interaction a positive; fiber optics manufacturing, component/module level application experience, system level knowledge a plus.
 Knowledge of product development, problem resolution disciplines (8d) , product change, and manufacturing line assessment processes. Understand FMEA, SPC, control plans, and other quality tools.

 At least 2 years' related active material engineering working experience.
 Must have good understanding of microelectronics devices, e.g. semi conductor laser diodes and photo diodes.
 Hands-on experience in semi-conductor processing.
 Knowledge in interaction of design and processing with device performance. Prefer high power laser diode and high speed modulated laser diode experience.
Supplier & material engineer（Mechanical）/供应商物料管理工程师(机械)
 B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
 5+ years supplier quality engineering or related working experience in an international company.
 Proficient in ISO 9000, TQM, GD&T, AutoCAD, SPC.
 Hands-on machining shop experience.

 B.Sc. degree holder in material engineering or Management or English.
 3-5 years experience as a buyer in International electronics related company, or communications products manufacturing company preferred.

 Possess MRP-II experience, Oracle experience is a plus.
