HRS- Engineering Manager/HRS-工程经理
Position Details:
- Located in our Shenzhen factory, manufacturing fiber optics communications components used for undersea application (High Reliability Submarine (HRS) application)
- Oversee and drive technical as well as administrative aspects of HRS manufacturing
- Lead the team to develop and maintain a high reliability culture.
- Develop the engineers and other professional staff to achieve technical/operational excellence in HRS product
- Day to day communication with Product engineering, R&D and to participate in customer communication.
- Fulfill customer requirements in terms of delivery, quality, traceability, record retention, procedural documentation etc.
- Achieve internal target of cost, quality, efficiency etc
- This position has the opportunity to grow to oversee all of HRS manufacturing including engineering, production, quality etc.
Required Qualifications:
- BS or higher in Engineering or Physics, preferably in Photonics, Laser Technology, Fiber optics, semiconductor packaging
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience on Fiber Optics / Photonics / Semiconductor packaging preferred. Similar experience will also be considered
- Hands on experience in high reliability product manufacturing are preferred.
- Fluent English. Mandarin an advantage
- Strong leadership to lead and coach
- Able to communicate effectively form shop floor to senior management level. |
