Position Details:
- Own documentation (bill of materials, routers, drawings) for product. Be responsible for issuing engineering change notices.
- Own costing for products. Be responsible for driving cost reduction initiatives.
- Provide support to the product line manager in addressing customer concerns about the product.
- Drive failure analysis and qual plans for the products. Work with reliability and quality engineering to ensure product quality is achieved and maintained to the GRE-468 standard.

- Lead development, qualification and transfer of new high power laser packages (commercial and telecom) within schedule requirements

- Track sample builds through assembly process, with emphasis on customized variants (e.g., design or process evaluations)
- Track qualification of new products

Position Details:
- Be responsible for the product engineering of Circuit Pack, production support and PDP involvement.
- Setup BOMs, routers, process flow. Setup key inspection points.
- Create work instructions. Publish drawings for contract manufacturers.
- Manufacturing floor setup – establish capacity.
- Monitor yields, identify common failure mechanisms and produce corrective action plans.
- Process improvements and cost reductions.
- Train operators.
- Support production of Circuit Pack and new product introduction.
Required Qualifications:
- BS degree in Electrical /optical Engineering. Master or higher degree preferred.
- At least 2 years industry experience in manufacturing or R&D environment, experience with fiber optical devices or opto-electronics system required.
- Knowledgeable of Optical fiber transmission characteristics in telecom applications is a plus.

Position Details:
- Ensure rationalization and integrity of the inspection criteria for all products.
- Continue to improve and develop inspection methods, and ensure preciseness of equipments.
- Participate in product SPEC review and make sure all shipped products meet the SPECs.
- Coordinate with customer, find the gap to customer requirements and take effective actions.
- Provide training for MQE Engineers, continuously improve their ability.
- Be involved in product transfer as core member, and push the quality programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Good quality management skills.

Position Details:
- Sourcing and qualifying new active material suppliers.
- Managing active material supplier portfolio and helping suppliers improve their manufacturing process and quality.
- Making active material inspection and test plan. Performing active material failure analysis.
- Disposing MRB(Material Review Board) active materials detected by incoming inspection and production line.
- Support supplier/part localization to reduce material cost. Qualify new suppliers and approve new parts.
- Support new product development, give input to R&D for drawing/design issues, qualify new parts/suppliers for new products. Work as a bridge between suppliers and designers.
- Support production line. Assist production line on new products/problems. Engineering support for smooth transfer from prototype manufacturing to mass production. Feed back design issues found by production to R&D people.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, major in laser, optics, physics engineering
- At least 2 years' related active material engineering working experience.
